Clear out what’s in the way.
If it's going, Rob and his team load it, haul it and sort what can be donated or recycled. You point. We lift. The space is empty when we leave.
If it's going, it goes.
Big, heavy, awkward, up three flights. That's the job. Not sure about something? Put it in the photo and ask.

What we can't take.
These need a hazmat hauler or a special drop-off. If we can't take it, we'll tell you who can.
Not sure? Ask with a photoHow much is going?
Junk removal is priced by how much of the truck it fills. Labor, loading, hauling and disposal are all included. Slide to see what fits.
½ truck
A packed corner of the garage, or one basement room.
Before you book.
Anything else, just ask. A real person answers.
Do I need to move anything first?
No. Leave it where it is. Point at what's going and we'll carry it out from wherever it sits: basement, attic, back bedroom.
What if it's more or less than the photo?
If the job is bigger or smaller than we agreed, we tell you the new quote before we load a thing. You decide. No surprises on the bill.
Can you take it apart?
Yes. Sheds, playsets, hot tubs, bed frames, built-in shelving. Mention it with the photo so we bring the right tools.
Can you clean once it's empty?
That's Clear + clean. We haul first, then sweep and scrub the empty space the same day. See cleaning.
