How a job with Rob on the Job works, written so you can read it in two minutes.
Quotes
Quotes are free and based on the photos and description you send. If what's on site matches, the quote is the price. If it doesn't, we tell you the new price before we start. You can say no and owe nothing.
Scheduling
We give you an arrival window and send word when we're on the way. If something comes up on our end, we tell you as early as we can. If you need to reschedule, let us know as soon as you can.
What we don't haul
Hazardous materials, including bulk paint and chemicals, fuel, asbestos and medical waste. If you're unsure about an item, ask first.
Your things
Point out anything that stays before we start. Once something is loaded and hauled, it's gone. Usable items may be donated and recyclables recycled.
Cleaning
Cleaning covers what we agree on in the quote. We walk it together at the end. If a spot isn't right, we fix it while we're there.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is done and you've seen it. Payment methods are confirmed with your quote.
Damage
We work carefully. If we damage something, tell us right away and we'll make it right.
