Short version: we use what you send us to quote and do the job. We don't sell it. We don't share it for marketing.
What we collect
When you fill in the quote form or reach out, we get what you give us: your name, email, address or ZIP, a description of the job and any photos you attach.
Like most websites, the hosting service (Cloudflare) keeps basic technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
To give you a price and a time window, to email you about your job, and to keep basic records for scheduling, invoices and taxes.
Who else sees it
Only the services that make this work: website hosting (Cloudflare) and the email service that delivers your request to us (Resend). They handle it to provide that service and nothing else. We don't sell your information or hand it to marketers.
Photos
Photos you send are used to quote the job. We won't post photos of your place online without asking you first.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for the job and for our records. Want it deleted? Ask, and we'll delete what we're not required to keep.
